what are you posting from?
The King of VN has a Blackberry.

Lofton has been AMAZING tonight. If he stays this hot, anyone playing us HAS to be scared.

How much are the Hot Dogs in Athens? :D

Nothing like a red weiny. I told ya'll (and Lawgator) that Tennessee would win this game on Wednesday night.

(Here in Columbia, Tre Kelley gettin' his freak on........16 points in the first half. Carolina on an 18-2 run, up 16 over MSU at the half. Man, have they fallen off since last year!)

Halftime report opened with announcers talking about YOUR, Tennessee Volunteer Basketball team and what Pearl has done up there.

All I can say is what an experience. It reminds me of the Cobb/Webb victory over UCLA when the players were cheering the fans.

I knew as soon as the game ended that Pearl was going to bring the players up in to the stands. He looked over at Mike Hamilton and pointed up to the section where we were sitting. It was great to see them acknowledge the support.

I think that almost everyone stayed for the post game. You could really tell how many vol fans were there once we all gathered together. Chris Lofton got a huge ovation as he came out for his interview. I wish I could have heard what he said.

We got to shake hands with the coaches and the players after they were making their way out of the locker room. Major had on a pair of pants that looked like pajamas. It was hilarious.

The fans were obviously pumped but the coaches and players seemed pretty much like we expected to win and I am sure we did.

Sounds great freak. Lofton really didn't say very much in his interview. That is one modest guy. He said something like breaking records is a nice accolade, but he'd rather have ring. He said the most important thing was to just win.

Just another example of the fact that he has his head in the right place. Add this modesty to the story about why he stayed at UT when Pearl got here. Usually a player of his skill is a tad bit more "me me me".

The best part about Lofton is that he's only a sophmore. If we can keep him here, just imagine how he'll be his senior year with more talent around him.

I think that he may have said something to the crowd before he went on the air. Same with Pearl. He was giving a speech but I could not get close enough to hear.

I bought a Sharpie the night before and got my Lofton jersey signed when they came into the stands. Let's hear it for the Tennessee Road Show! :clapping:

Sweet!

I just listened to the Pearl/Lofton interviews from the utsports website and the fans were much louder in the arena than it was on the radio.

You could definitely hear them, though. Nice job posting from the front lines!
