Free ticket for the game tomorrow

Hey guys,

As I posted before I won a bet with a friend that won me two tickets to the Vandy game tomorrow. I asked my wife to go and she said it would be too cold. I asked a few other friends, but they already had plans and it's too short notice for others...So I thought I would do something I don't think I've ever see on VN... give away a free ticket!

The ticket is for the upper level, opposite side the Jumbo-tron. So nothing special, but it's still a free ticket to a game, right?

I know it's kinda creepy to just meet a stranger for a football game, but hey! We are VN family! And I thought it would be cool to do something like this. So let me know if you are interested by posting here with an email address and if I contact you, you are the lucky one that gets to escort me! hahaha

PS - I'm not counting on it, but I've been messaging Dillon Bates on twitter about trying to meet for a picture with him and the other recruits that will be there. (I have the twitter messages to prove it!) I'm a veteran and he says he is willing to try to make it happen... so who knows! We might get to meet some of the new guys!

Also, I am a 26 year old married male. My wife said letting you guys know that might be important.

Pretty cool man. I'd definitely take you up on it if I wouldn't be busy driving to Nashville to take a **** on Vandy's 50 yard line...

Don't feel weird about it. I did something similar on here once. My brother and I went to a game, and we had 2 extra seats, and I came on VN and said, "whoever guesses the number I'm thinking (1 to 100) wins 2 free tix." It was to the Cal game in '06. A poster from the tri cities won (winning number was 46, after Raynoch Thompson) We met up and had a blast. Even met up with fellow VolNationers at Freak's tailgate with free food and beer.

Not sure if I'm buying your original story...., jk, have fun guys, I wish I was going but I'm stuck here in boring Clarksville, but will be watching on TV. Have fun, be safe.

On an unrelated note, I am driving up there tomorrow by myself for the first time. I would like to hear some advice on activities I can see and cheap parking spots

Same here, don't know where to park, I'm thinking about paying $14 and reserving my spot on ParkWhiz.com... Never been to Neyland, mainly away games.

In all seriousness, enjoy the game. I will enjoy it on my TV.
