What College team had the most players go to the NFL off of one team? I would think Miami has got to be up there and Fla St.:search:

Notre Dame, Florida, and Tennessee are right up there with Florida State and Miami (FL).

I think Tennessee is 3rd to Florida State and Miami (FL). Maybe tied with Notre Dame, I forget.

I know they played a controversial 15-15 tie with Oklahoma that year.

Just out of curiosity, hat, how long have you been an Oklahoma fan? For that matter, how long have you been a Miami fan? Who did you pull for in those big games in the 80's when they played circa the Bosworth years?

Bored at work and just wondering...

Been an OU fan as long as I can remember. Got turned on to Miami as a youngster when Jim Kelly led an upset of Penn State. I was rooting for OU in those three clashes in the '80s. That didn't turn out too well. The Sooners and the 'Canes have a home and home starting next year.

Obviously, Tennessee's my favorite team. Auburn, Texas, and Vanderbilt all share my hatred equally.

56 players that were in the 1988 Florida State/Miami game went on to make an NFL roster at some point. That's 5.6 pros for each recruiting class on each team counting the redshirt year.

ENOUGH IGOR! ENOUGH!!! I actually saw it during the FSU/Miami game from 4 or 5 years ago. What's hard to believe is that those 2 schools had so much talent that they had players that never got to play that are starting in the NFL. Souther Cal is about to be to that talent level I believe. Matt Cassell is doing a nice job for the Patriots backing up Tom Brady and he never played because he was backing up Carson Palmer and Matt Leinart.
