You know you're in a pro venue when they have quality salmon on the buffet. It's a really nice arena. The NCAA Tournament is here next year. That might be the venue I choose to attend.

It's obvious this game is getting a great deal of national play. Several national writers have made the trip.

Tennessee is an 8 point underdog. That strikes me as a bit high. By comparison, South Carolina is a 6.5 point favorite against Wofford.

That's surprising. Wofford is, I would say, a steady team in the SoCon, but nothing phenomenal. I would pick other teams like App St. and Western Carolina to beat Wofford at this point, even Chattanooga (go mocs). I know it's early in the season and all, but only a 6.5 favorite over a SoCon team isn't something to be proud of at 6-1.

You can get a whole lot smarter about the game just sitting and listening to NBA scouts talk. I'm always a little humbled when I listen to them converse.

Let's just say they'll be paying attention to a good number of guys on the floor in the second game. Scouts aren't supposed to comment publicly on prospects, so I'd feel a little uncomfortable quoting them, since it would kind of give away who said it.

Hat, if UT pulls this upset, will your opinion regarding this teams potential have changed from your opinion going into the season?

People were very impressed with the win over Villanova. The quality of the halfcourt defense certainly caught people's attention.
