LSU getting a bargain...did Nebraska overpay or is jury still out on Frost?

The Nebraska AD said it will take 3-4 more years to turn Nebraska around. So I think the jury is still out on Scott Frost.

Much safer pick with hiring a former alum who has head coaching success as opposed to a mouth breather whose name is on more NCAA violations than championships at multiple schools. Not to say he hasn't done good things Fodahtigas

Got a feeling Orgeron is gonna get a nice restructuring if this year finishes with them in a NC game.

Frost has been spinning his wheels this season. Came out way over-hyped by the media this year. Coach O on the other hand has been there, done that, and at some of the bigger schools in the nation. A good recruiter with a damn good staff at present. I actually think both coach O and CJP took less salary in order to pay their assistants more. Nebraska needs to snap out of their dream and get to work.

Frost has a much harder rebuild than the situation Orgeron inherited. I think Nebraska's admins will give him as much time as possible to get it going. I figure it takes him 4 years to have a competitive team. They have a tough time recruiting there other than in state.

Agreed about the being overrated. There was absolutely no way in the world they should have been ranked #25 in the preseason.
