With all the rules governing recruiting, I am surprised the Longhorn Network broadcasting high school games has not been challenged formally yet. For SEC sentimental reasons, I do not welcome A&M with open arms.

The NCAA has already ruled that showing high school games is against the rules.

That is only for this year. It will be brought up again next year.

I have posted in other threads and I will say it here expansion is going to happen. This year or next the SEC and other conferences will be actively looking to add teams.

So the question becomes who pulls the trigger first and do you want your pick of good teams or what`s left?

The NCAA has already ruled that showing high school games is against the rules.

Only for this year. Smart money says that the Longhorns will eventually get to broadcast HS games on their own network.

No way they get separated from Duke.

Or NC State, or Wake Forest.
