I'm not sure Fulmer is the answer but I'd take him over an unproven coach provided the contract was strict.

It's funny how we all want the greatness we had in the nineties just not the coach that got us there.

Having said that i'll admit he fell off his last 2-3 years.

Hamilton should have kept Fulmer until he had a quality coach lined up. Thanks to the mishandling of Fulmer's firing we have suffered 5 bad years.
