I normally embrace change in college sports…I HATE HATE HATE all the neutral site big games. I think about Lofton’s shot against Texas in 2006-2007 and then about Admiral’s shot against Gonzaga in 2018-2019 and I think most Vol fans hold more dear the Lofton shot because one game was in TBA with 23,000 fans and the other was in Phoenix

Yeah, there are a lot, but we also play at Texas, host Arizona, and play at Colorado this year. Memphis may be neutral site this year, but it was home and home before that.

I think there's room for both in college hoops.

I don’t have a problems with a nice tournament in November/December, those are fun and good preparation. I just hate the “sponsor espn sponsor game in Phoenix, Arizona between Michigan State and Texas!” in the middle of December. It doesn’t feel the same
