Then went on to say he didn't see CLK making it to year 3 at USC because of the culture. Also said that coaches could blame themselves a little bit as the money has skyrocketed and expectations followed.

It blew my mind when CPF and his vanilla self used the word arrogant.

NO, you missed it. He was pointing out how a good return eliminates having to get a first down or two. In other words, every ten yards you get on the return eliminates one 1st down you have to get.
