he hires a new offensive coordinator. The University of Tennessee needs to keep from being guilty of groupthink. I think this is the avenue Fulmer is choosing.

They need more than one offensive coordinator...

OL, WR, RB, TE coaches too

TT should just be the head recruiter and conditioning coach

To be honest, I think many fans here need to learn a lesson. One person cannot be the complete downfall of a team. Let UT finish without a bowl game this year, and Randy wont be around for everyone to blame it on him.

Then where else are they gonna look??

Yeah . . . I know what groupthink is. I just can't figure out what you mean when you say "This is the avenue Fulmer is taking". Are you saying he is guilty of being a part of groupthink or not?

:wavey: Sorry I didn't make myself clear. Point is I think he isn't being a part of groupthink. In the beginning it seemed everyone was promoting David Cutcliffe. I read somewhere Fulmer said he (Cutcliffe) is at the top of the list. He didn't say he was the only one being considered though.
