Fulmer Tough Talk Article

"Too, this alternate video supposedly captures several other Vols, not just Toeaina, throwing helmets and leaving them on the field after the game. Fulmer said he had reviewed tape that showed only one player other than Toeaina throwing a helmet.

No wonder the Vols' game plans are so flawed. The staff's video study stinks. The head coach can't even count the number of helmets on the field, much less see if the opposing defense is in man-to-man or zone coverage."

Classic....harsh but true. Tough love dished out on a silver platter.

Great article. We need to clean up our act with respect to discipline and I don't have much hope after all that happened last off-season and the lack of action by the head coach that we will soon change. We are becoming Thug U without the success that accompanied it at other schools.

It is like letting your kids go a few years without discipline and relying on Nanny 911 to come in to straighten things out.

you know that's a great idea...we could make the return to glory reality show...kind of like what they are doing on ESPN with that high school team in PA...

that would be funny.

Here, here cspin...I travel alot on business and sometimes when I return my wife is at wits end(rarely...but sometimes) with the kids. I can tell immediately if it has been easier to let some stuff slide during the week and her despair is of her own creation(I can identify it because I am guilty just as often...takes one to know one). I can watch this group and see that we should all be pissed when CPF throws his hands up in disgust... because he created the monster. Hell, as a matter of fact he has said that bg "t" was the victim of "discrepancies in reporting" and would be "working like heck" to clear him if this game meant s---!!!!

Nothing of the sort. While I agree with some of what is in the article, this is nothing more than the usual Climerbabble. :shakehead:
