He's pimping out all the Grayson kids plus using the relationship he had with the Tru19 team (basically AAU football) to garner more offer$. Expect Sheffield to FSU too.

Watson now can't be hired as a coach but is setting up 'a players academy' along with another guy Murf Baldwin. So, if you want a kid, "donations" are accepted. So much going on with KW and MB, along with Grayson. GHSA looking into the program, I wouldn't be shocked if the NCAA did too.

I know handlers have always been around, but these two flaunt it and push it to new levels while laughing on their way to the bank. I'm actually shocked about how public they are with some of this stuff and confident no one can touch them. Honestly reminds me of a confident flaunting college team a couple years ago, Ole Miss.

100%. Jame Cook (FSU RB commit) tweeted Pappoe an Oden emoji with a thinking face, and Pappoe tweeted back an orange emoji with a thinking face. This kid is all TN right now, no doubt.

We'll be coming off back to back national titles when he commits. :thumbsup:

Are you serious? Pappoe has been all about the Vols for over a year. He's a silent, as far as I'm concerned at this point. Can things change? Sure, but I don't think it's remotely going to be hard to get him at the least.

I know he's only a sophomore right now but it might take Butch getting fired for him not to be a Vol

He gave every indication that he was All Vol for a long time. Now all of the sudden he is FSU bound and UT isn't even in the picture. It just feels fishy. Plenty of reasons to be optimistic. Kids certainly change their minds but the stink is bad here IMO.

Not one of those comments says lock. Tennessee was his favorite or at least at the top for a long time. No denying that. Very few locks (like Cade Mays). And nobody that I saw claimed he was. Even commits aren't always locks.

Pappoe still likes Tennessee, but obviously he's been swayed in a different direction lately.

No need to be a jerk about it. And apologies if I came off like one. We obviously all care a lot about recruiting, but I just find it hard to care about recruits who are freshmen and sophomores. So much can change in that amount of time.

In jest. Yes, most thought we were the favorite, because at the time, we were. Nobody thought he was a lock. Like I said, even as a commit, he wouldn't have been a lock until the papers were in.
