Another Peach state product we are watching is Amari Jackson from Eagles Landing. Tennessee loves his athleticism and he is a name to watch in terms of someone that Tennessee has gained traction with.

We do seem to be recruiting a bunch of DB's in this class. The thing that kinda sticks out to me is that pretty much every recruit says the same thing-----"Coach tells me I'm a priority for the position and they show me the love and I believe they really mean it. They want me real bad".

My guess is everyone is a priority at every position but sooner or later the rubber has to meet the road and only 1 is gonna be a starter at each position.

Worry about starters after camp.
Base defense is 5 DBs. And most passing downs playing 6 DBs. That’s a lot of bodies needed for the two deep.

This kid's Hudl is super impressive.

Plays single A private but that is misleading in Georgia. Until last year his team had won 5 championships in a row and they have been playing up against powerhouses in non region games. So, he definitely is going against good competition. Played against Brock Vandagriff twice last year FWIW… Also played out of state this year against Brentwood Academy and St Xavier which has been a powerhouse in Ohio…

Scratch my last post, looks like he plays for the public school which is like 5 or 6A but usually really bad… when I saw Eagles Landing I was sure it was the private school as usually anyone that is good plays there in the neck of the woods. Insider status revoked…
