Kind of feel bad for him unless he lost his license because of an OWI or something. It was just a scooter and he needs to get to practice and classes somehow. I thought it was going to be something worse.
Eh, seems kind of stupid to get all riled up about. I'm actually on UGA's side. (Never thought I'd say that) It's just a scooter, it's not like he had a DUI or reckless driving.
The official charges were driving a scooter without a license and emerging from an alley. No one seems to be able to figure the last one out. Seems to be pretty tame compared to some past ones.
This is not directed at the thread starter, but just a general statement. But no one needs to be gloating about incidents like this. We have 85+ young men on our campus that could just as easily get on the wrong side of the law in the right (or wrong) circumstance.
