Walker was an unofficial visitor to Tennessee for the Volunteers Week 2 win over the weekend.

“It was a nice experience,” he said. ”Great hospitality and the coaches are genuine. They say I can come in, play early, make an impact and be good for life after football.”

In the meantime, the immediate focus remains on Friday nights.

“I’m coming for it all this season,” he said. “They done woke up a beast.”
