2025 IOL Jacobe Ward took his first visit to Tennessee today. The Vols had made a strong impression prior to this visit with their communication, and today was no different. He had a great time, and Tennessee right at the top in this one. Several teams are involved here, but Auburn is the other program to watch and South Carolina is trying to get more involved. He will see Tennessee and Auburn on officials in June and decide later in the summer.

Interior offensive lineman Jacobe Ward will visit Tennessee in June on an official visit during the second weekend. The Vols have continued to have positive dialogue with him since he visited earlier in the Spring. Auburn is the other team to watch in this one heading into official visits, but the Vols have positioned themselves nicely in the recruitment of the South Georgia standout.

Tennessee offensive coordinator Joey Halzle is expected to spend time in three states on Wednesday. He is expected to check in on 2025 four-star wide receiver Thomas Blackshear and 2025 interior offensive lineman Jacobe Ward.

As for the interior offensive lineman, Jacobe Ward, Nic Moore, and Douglas Utu will visit over the next couple of weeks as Tennessee would love to add them to go along with Antoni Ogumoro.

Auburn has been the perceived leader for some time for Jacobe Ward, but he made it off The Plains last weekend not committed to the Tigers. This remains a three-team race with Tennessee and LSU very much in the thick of it. The offense and his fit on the interior have him intrigued about Tennessee. The Vols will have a chance to make a move here this weekend before Ward heads to LSU next weekend.

How many calls a week does he get from Sr staff? I have not seen a lot of noise on this guy from our commits, etc. not a clue where he is on our priority board. Not going to join those hunting a bridge till I see some real evidence.
