game day parking

I haven't been to a vols game in a few years. I know you cannot park on campus without a pass. Where is a good place to park maybe within walking distance? Or the best place to catch shuttle? This will be my sons' first time at Neyland. I want to make it as great as possible. Thanks for any info.

A couple of options:

1. There are many private lots around campus that offer paid parking. There are large (business or church) lots and many small ones that are usually just people's yards. Expect to pay around $20, and GET THERE EARLY.

2. You can park further away (e.g. World's Fair Site or downtown Knoxville, say the Gay street garage), but you do have a little bit of a walk.

3. The Ag Campus has a shuttle

4. Buddy-up with somebody who has a VASF pass.
