All I know is that UGA's defense was only giving up 6.8 points a game until the Vols hung 51 on them..

GA had only given up 34 pts all year, UT scored more then that in the 2nd half alone.

You know, I was still frustrated with our inability to stop the run in the 1st half. BUT....what about the defense in the 2nd half! No offensive TDs in the 2nd half. Only 2 offensive TDs given up all night. The way they were running on us early and the luck JoeT was having with some of his passes....I was very suprised that our D only gave up 2 TDs. Of course..I guess it is possible that the returned punt and kick could have been TD drives had they had to put the ball in play....they were definitely not punting much.

There's still a lot of work to be done on both sides of the ball for sure, but at this point, I think that's good news.
