If Gaffin had more than a fast ball she would be an awesome pitcher. Players finally catch up when you only throw one pitch. I think Ralph thought Gabriel was ready she hasn't pitched well hopefully they are working with Gaffin she seems to have a lot of talent. If they get her another pitch or two she can win a lot of games for us.

3-0 Lady Vols win

I wonder if Gaffin pitching is hurting her batting though she is only 4-31 with 16 Ks. Maybe she coaches should have her concentrate fully on pitching because she could be really good with another pitch.

Despite the team hitting slump, I think we need another reliable pitcher more than we need another bat. We won't get back to OKC with Renfroe throwing every pitch. The bats will come back eventually.
