Lets gooooooo!

The Lady Vols are the team that nobody wants to play right now!

They played physical and athlete v athlete with the #1 team and were on top for 3 quarters before bad luck on 4/5 good shot attempts rim out the goal in a sequence that would’ve blown SC off the court!

Today, is the moment the LVs must regain their position atop of WBB. The talent is there and while SC were on their heels for 3 quarters due to the play of projected 1-2 WNBA lottery RJ, Sara, and dominating defense this LVs team can’t play down to their level of competition today.

I predict Tennessee will end this season on a 4 game winning streak. It’s starts today. It’s starts now.

Must win can't emphasize that enough.

Lady Vols 74
Vanderbilt 67

Can't wait for NegaVol WC to fly by and drop his knowledge on us ..
Unfortunate but a must win. Hope Puckett has something for Pissott today cause I got a feeling she would like to show out today. We sometimes struggle on the road but have to find something today in that weird gym. Rickea and Jewell need to put up about 45 points between the two of them. Going to be close 70 to 67 Tennessee.

Gameday week headline: Earlier this week 2025 commit Nyla Brooks scored 27 points and her team defeated a nationally ranked Top 10 opponent 64-58.

Brooks has often been compared to LVFL Jordan Horston. There is some big time momentum on Rocky Top. LV fans should out number Vandy fans today on the road.

It’s a great day to be a Vol!

Vandy gave us all we wanted in Knoxville
I didn't want much from them, but it really wasn't that close.. Outscored them in every qtr except the 2nd where they outscored us by 3. Rickea had a double double in three qtrs, TK had her best game scoring 10 over Washington's floporama, JP had 16 pts, we outrebounded them by 10. We closed them out wo Rickea who got sick btw the 3rd and 4th qtrs. It was never a game that felt like we might lose.

Could be different today for sure, but the matchups aren't good for them. I just hope we can keep the intensity from Thurs night. We need to build on that going forward.

That's true. Vandy scored with 4:06 left in the game to tie it at 62. LV's went on an 11-2 run to end the game.
I remember, and I'm usually panic central but I still never thought we'd lose. Just me.
Just hope fatigue doesn't play a factor today. 3rd game since Monday night. Thursday was a hard fought game and could have taken a lot out mentally and physically.
Vandy had a tougher travel schedule. They played late Thurs and had a close game in the most difficult travel place in the SEC - College Station. Several of their players, like ours, played almost the whole game.

I'm not worried about physical fatigue but I hope the mental part is not letdown from the close lose, but building on the intensity and defense of the last couple of games. Continue to build forward mo.
