What I am really having trouble understanding is that Jackson got hot in scoring in 4 straight possessions in the 3rd quarter and was primarily responsible for the 58-50 lead in 3rd quarter and Coach takes her out with a little over 1 minute left .From then on it was all down hill for the green trees.

Another disastrous quarter ...4th this time.Stanfords offensive boards won the game with the refs help....really disappointing .Kellie looks like she has lost 10 pounds in the last several weeks....to me this loss is as much on her as anyone....again poor substitution patterns.Whatever she has against Jackson she should put behind her and start playing the most talented players on the team together and when they get out to a good lead do not start random subs.It has killed the LV's in every game that they have lost to good teams.Either play Jackson or cut her .

21/17/6 and was out for what’s seems like more than a quarter. Impressive, particularly in rebounding because we really competed on the glass.

This team was, IIRC, the best or 2nd best rebounding team in the country last year, and brought back everyone except Rae Burrell, and added a bunch of talent in the portal. It just doesn’t make sense how much we’ve regressed in that department. Yes, losing Key hurt, but this team already wasn’t nearly as good on the boards as last year even when she was playing.

Eh I think Green was a really good leader in that respect. We lost her both season but she impacted the rebounding.

We need Franklin to do the same. She and Jackson make one complete player together. Offense for Jackson and Defense and rebounding for Franklin.

We aren’t spoiled, we haven’t won anything in years. I feel like if we have Rickea and Jordan we can win any game. Rickea and Jordan need to play 30 mins a game

We were preseason 5th in the country. We should not be satisfied in any way with “just make the tournament”

Even Holly made the tournament every year. That didn’t keep her employed.

Oh so close! Over all good play. We just needed some veteran leadership down the stretch. We took quick shots instead of executing plays. We needed rickea and Horston to make big baskets toward the end. I’ve said it before. Come February and March we will be ready to take teams down. We also have to find a rebounder with size before SEC play, Transfer portal us please!! Lol lol We need help inside.

She needs to rebound or that’s not gonna happen. She is the most talented offensive player I’ve seen in years, but she has to contribute in other ways or she is a liability.

Anyone who says there aren't moral victories (not that this is necessarily one of those) has obviously never played or coached. Or has been spoiled to be associated with superteams that almost never lost.

I like Kellie but in year 4 and can't figure out an offence and very little help side defense. The program is a shell of its former self and don't see much improvement over her tenure. May be time for White to evaluate his options.

I disagree. I was really frustrated by the product on the floor in November and I was definitely questioning the coaching staff, but the team has made huge strides since then, with much better ball (and off the ball) movement (not to mention that we've recruited better shooters into the program), and the defense has improved significantly in the last few weeks. And just look at our turnovers! 9, 6, and now only 5(!!!) in the last 3 games. Unheard of.

It's tough that we're this deep into the season without a signature win, but if the team keeps putting in the work and improving at this rate, I think they can still do big things in March.

This is coaching failure. Harper made bad decisions throughout this game. what is she trying to accomplish with Jackson on the bench. I see why players want to leave. There is dysfunction with Kellie and Jackson. Its disgusting'

Word is it’s practice related. Like Kea is not giving full effort in practice. Do you think Kellie should just crap all over the rest of the players who ARE giving maximum effort? Or could you somehow see that when a coaching staff has a standard in which “players earn game minutes in practice” that the standard should apply to everyone?

I dont think wires to Walker's head would get the concept to sink in.

For me it goes back to coaching. Kellie has to send a message and let her know she won’t see the floor it she over penetrates. Unfortunately it’s been a habit since she put on the LV uniform - and it realllyyy hurts the team in games that matter.
