Tennessee travels up I-81 to Johnson City on Wednesday for a midweek showdown against in-state rival ETSU at 7 p.m. at Thomas Stadium.

Just a heads up to anyone planing to go to the game that the stadium isn't finished. Last I heard you had to bring lawn chairs and sit in the left field parking lot. Its going to be a great venue but it has no seating ATP.

I'm pretty sure there are some seating open now (don't quote me on it though) but they also still let people bring lawn chairs and sit in the lot too... Also you can't park at the stadium, you have to park diagonally across the University/State of Franklin intersection in the student lots. They say they are running the bucshot (bus/shuttles) from the lower lot across to the stadium and back again.

They have no phone lines at the new field, so there will be no radio or internet broadcast of tonight's game.

There is seating but it is minimal to say the least. Will be a cold night but the field is pretty nice as I have seen a game there and when it is finished will be a really nice venue. Did anyone notice on the link above that the info about the game shows ETSU as the Blue Raiders?

let's go, guys. down 4-2 in the 7th to a cruddy e t s u team !!!! we could be on a 6 game losing streak after this weekend !!
