I know we wont see them in Athens, but where will they be.

SInce they only do Pac 10 and Big 10 teams i am guessing the USC- Oregon game.

I guess whichever game is being carried by ABC will be where they go.

If they were to choose based on the best game in terms of the polls or importance, they'd visit either Dallas or Gainesville.

Don't think they'll be in Gainesville. As I pointed out earlier, they picked up the UT/UGA game for their Primetime slot and let CBS have UF/LSU so I doubt they will be in GVille. They'll probably visit the Red River Rivalry. O, and it is Cal vs Oregon, not USC vs Oregon.

I dont think there is ONE nationally played game on ABC this week.

Washington and Southern Cal and the Oregon @ California game are both on at 8pm.

I think they go to the Texas-Oklahoma game or the LSU-Florida.

In past years it would be LSU-Florida hands down, now they don't always go to the game that means the most.

Why does anybody really care about this? I guess it's interesting to try and guess where they will be, but what really is the big deal? People talk about how much they hate Corso, then get pissed when he's not coming to town.

I will guarantee right now(mark it down) that they don't take UF vs LSU. They won't pick up a game on CBS, especially when there are other big time games on. If they turned down the broadcast of the UF/LSU game and instead took UT/UGA, what makes you think they would take the chance at broadcasting Gameday there?

Well, considering the LSU-Florida game is at 3:30, and won't steal anyone away from the big ABC night game, that could be one reason.

However, I would assume the Oklahoma-Texas game is at 3:30, so that's probably where they will be.

They have done plenty of Gamedays at locations that were being shown on CBS though, so that's not really a factor.

Well guys, it is certainly a very rare feat that you just witnessed. I was wrong. Gameday is going to be in attendance for the UF/LSU game. The only reasoning I can think of for picking the UGA/UT game is that they can have coverage of both. Pregame and postgame at UF/LSU and gametime coverage of UGA/UT.

Herbstreit said they were probably going to Gainesville on the late night show. Fowler also said we was going to vote Florida #2 this week.

Well, it's fine with me. All the bragging they will throw on UF will come to a hault when LSU smacks them.

I think that it is more accurate to say..."so that wasn't really a factor." I think that the programming philosophy at ESPN/ABC has changed a fair amount. But, I'm glad to see that they don't entirely make their decisions based on who has the programming.

Just something to complain about i guess.

One thing that pissed me off about Saturday's gameday was that they didnt let Herby make a pick for the Iowa game because he was calling it. That is retarted. People only tune in to see who him and Corso will pick.

Will the anti-SEC bias ever end? I'm becoming quite fed up with it at this point.
