UK is a total wildcard. There is no ceiling for them -- I think most would agree with that. Their floor? Tougher question.

I tend to think that UK will struggle earlier in the season with all of the Freshmen and the new style. However by January when rotations are established and everyone has their role, I think you will see UK play themselves back into a top 5 team, and possibly a 1 or two seed in the tourney.

But I see it as a great possibility that they could drop down between the 10-12 range before January. You have UL, NC, Uconn and a much improved Indiana roster in the pre-conference schedule. Those are probably a split, we could possibly lose 3.

UK is definatly a top 5 team next season! With the return of Tyler Smith to UT, they should be a top 15, no doubt. They could be a legitamate top 10 team by the time SEC play roles around!

Again, do you have any idea what's going on at UK right now? Four 5-star players are coming in, and two 4-star players, along with the return of Patterson, and the DDM offense in place to help guys like Liggins and Miller thrive! UK is no doubt a top 5 team!
