UF Football team beat us like a rag doll every year and now the freakin basketball team beat us 3 times in one year. Isn't there a rule that you do not let a team beat you three times in one year? Why the hell do we lay down to them in every damn sport? This is freakin depressing.

well, the first two games were down to the wire. this was the only beat down we got in the round ball version this year.

Even with a bad team- (like this bunch) it's next to impossible to get beat 3 times by the same team, un freckin believable!

Can we please bring in a pure shooter. Scotty is a scorer, not a shooter. I thought Skylar would fill the job but it is apparent that he a "manic-depressive" shooter. Let's put a team together that will press, run and score a bunch of points like the old days. Dammitt......

We had the Gators number in basketball the past few years though. We had beaten them a lot in the past few years but this year they were clearly the better team.

Scotty is a shooter. We need a point guard that has the first clue of how to run an offense.

Hopson is a good shooter. Unfortunately you'd a lot rather your Drive and Dish Guy and your Shooter Guy to be two different people.

We will have to agree to disagree on this one boss. Chris Lofton is a shooter, JJ Reddick is a shooter, Ray Allen and Reggie Miller are all shooters. Not comparing Scotty to these players but he, Kobe, Michael and Durant are scorers. Some players can be shooters as well as scorers like Kemba Walker.

Scotty shot 45% from 3 in SEC play. He's a shooter.

Pearl is like 8-4 against the Gators...throw out this year and we OWN them...of course if Harris/Hopson and Pearl are gone the Turds will be destroying us for years to come

yeah, i don't see us getting a coach as good as pearl if he's gone. at least we'll have plenty of chances to get good cheap seats in at the start of SEC play next year.

oh yes back to the buzz ball days...the basketball sucked, but you could sit in like the tenth row for 5 bucks

Oh yes, there are no good coaches that want 2-3 million a year, an upgraded TBA, and great facilities.

And I'm sure you knew Pearl would get these results when he was hired didn't you? For the last time, Pearl proved basketball can work at UT, but in no way is he the only one that can do it. And if you really think we will get another Peterson, then feel free to exit stage left.

I'd hope we could get a coach as good as Pearl, we may never find another salesman as good. He did great with promoting the brand.

I see your point but UT to me has never made an effort to get a good coach until pearl so my hopes are low

The NCAA will run Cal off before UF basketball will. Just be glad Donovan is recruiting top flight talent again. The stink of that Orlando Magic fiasco is finally starting to wear off.

Oh man, I remember those days. I went to the KY in TBA for $20 lower level. That was an expensive ticket for buzz ball.

Like Kevin Durant kid has one of the best releases in the league and can hit from three all day long.......
