*Obligatory apology if this has already been posted*

McElwain says Del Rio is out and that they'll give all three of their other QBs (Appleby plus 2 freshmen) a chance in practice, possibly in the SC game also.

SC's chances to help us out just got better.

also two starting LB's, and starting center...a few others are questionable, so, it won't be easy for the Gators

GO VOLS...RUN THE TABLE!

Also, regardless of the East race, it'd just make me feel better to see Florida get beat back to back to back. Especially if one of those losses is against SC who beat us.

For all the rotten luck we have had, if it flips over to those loudmouth hacks, I won't lose a moments sleep over it.

And I wish Kentucky had pulled it out against Georgia. I would have loved watching Uncle Lou on YouTube blow a blood vessel.

Not sure who I wont to win this game . I kinda want SC to lose so it will knock them out of the east chances .

Even if they beat Florida, they have 4 SEC losses. So they won't be a problem unless we were to drop another game.

I will never call it off. To lose or to suck, I will never call it off, they can set records at how bad they are and I won't call it off. Florida being bad is more normal than them being good. They have been living on the fringe of a bell curve for about 20 years, thanks to Spurier. I almost feel bad for them.

Go Vols!

The way I see it, UT wants SC to win no matter what. There is not telling what could happen in FL/LSU game.

This game got interesting because of the injuries. Jefferson is a game time decision as well. I would really like to see Carolina steal this one in the Swamp and go ahead and all but put Florida to rest. We still have to win though.

Think about this.. Fire Muschamp, Hire Donkey breath, Muschamp comes to swamp and wins. Gainesville: Butt hurt city.

P.S. Gators, we don't want to hear you whine about injuries.

And there would be an added sting from the loss to Muschamp being the one that essentially knocks them out of the East race.

Ahhhh I can imagine all the rage amongst Gator fans now... and it is wonderful

Del Rio is the 'best' QB they have. Their big problem is only one legit star (Callaway) on offense. Their RBs are SEC below-average and the offensive line is not a lot to write home about. So when the "best defense in the nation" doesn't score points they have a real problem (unless they are playing Vandy or early season Kentucky).

A QB 'competition' at this point of the season is just a diversion. UF has all the Wins they are going to get this year.

Actually Florida fans have been wanting Del Rio benched for a while. This might help them more than anything unfortunately.

I think the injuries at LB and C hurt them more. Appleby isn't much of a drop down IMO.
