So my sister and my son and I were walking back to the car after the game last night late, around 9 or so (we stayed to revel in the after game fun) and as we crossed from State to Gay St my son noticed a man standing very still in front of a house all dressed up in Revolutionary War clothing with a musket/bayonet. He then started marching up and down the street. He didn't say a word and it was super weird. Has anyone else seen this guy before? Is this just a Halloween spooky thing, or does someone routinely do this due to the history of that area? I need to know the backstory because my son thought it was a ghost lol!
