More roughly translated, "social need before private/individual greed" and was a slogan of the Nazi party under Adolf Hitler. Given the Obama administration's TARP repayment policy and government restructuring of private corporations' management, the troubling parallel is apparent.

“Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power”
~ Benito Mussolini

"Germans who wish to use firearms should join the SS or the SA – ordinary citizens don't need guns, as their having guns doesn't serve the State."
– Heinrich Himmler

well he compared the nazis killing millions of jews to America aborting millions of babies.

he compared how hitler forced all children to go to only government schools. In America today, there are many senators, congressmen and state pols that would like to force children to go to government school and ban homeschooling and private schools.

in california they've made it a law that homeschool credits do not transfer to public colleges.

there are 23 more examples.

Great way to present your argument. As if the choice has to be made and more importantly the idea that the latter causes hurdles or even creates the former. Brilliant. Btw, he did teach Constitutional Law. Am I the only one that knew that?

I can probably find 25 parallels between Mother Theresa and Hitler...

Sure. They both breathed oxygen??

The top three that come to mind.

Our 1968 gun control act was taken almost word for word from a 1930s era Nazi law.

We have overturned three hundred years of common law by elevating crimes against animals to felony status.

And our present government is seizing control of major financial and manufacturing corporations.

(actually what is happening, rather than state control, through a deceptive series of devices and procedures, the real control is placed into the hands of private entities, most of whom are international in nature and are in effect above the law. One prime example is that no one working for the IMF may be prosecuted by any country without the consent of the IMF.)

What was weirdly nazi like was our action in the Balkans during the 90s, right down to the bombing of Belgrade on Easter Sunday morning. BTW, the regimes that took over in Croatia and Bosnia (and Kosovo) were directly aligned with Hitler in WWII.

don't forget he went to Harvard and was editor of their Law Review, for which he never authored a single article.
