Stubhub recently subbed their customer service department to overseas contractors (due to COVID and ticket sales losses).
They are extremely difficult to work with now because they all have the same script to work thru and will not actually take notes on your call anymore due to the language barrier. I had to call 8x last year for my Shaky Knees tickets and finally got it escalated to an American before it was resolved.
I would stay away from SH unless its electronic/instant transfer
You're bad luck!!!!Yeah, I purchased what was listed as a set of full session super regional passes from stub hub last year (3 games), but only received tickets to game 1. I called them at least twice daily for a week to plead with them, and they kept assuring me that the tickets to the other games would show up and that they were coming from a top seller, but they never did.
On the upside, after relentlessly chastising them, they ended up miscalculating and reimbursing me too much. On the downside, as a result of that, we ended up only being able to attend games 1 and 3, which any baseVol fan would know were not the two games you wanted to attend... (side note: before you accuse me of being bad luck, I'll point out that myriad evidence points to my boys and I being good luck at Vol sporting events (i.e., bama football, bama basketball, wright st in baseball, etc.)
