I was surprised last night how not funny Conan was.

Criag Furgeson is the only one consistently funny to me. Leno and Letterman both need to retire, they are both awful now. Kimmel is ok and Fallon is tolerable sometimes.

Conan back in the day was awesome, have yet to watch him since Leno put the screws to him.

Never watched the show, but the commercials for it never made me laugh. I figure you'd put some of your best material in the commercials. Craig Ferguson commercials suck too, which is why I've never watched him.
