This kid is from here and went to my old high school. He screwed up royally here, but it's a sad situation. His Father is not around and his Mother was brutally murdered last year when her boyfriend set her home on fire with her in it. He's got a 16 year old little brother that he's trying to take care of.

From what I've heard, this was a case of him getting mad over a girl for some reason and beating the crap out of somebody.

I think that's already happened, but his poor little brother has to feel like the world has caved in on him.
