I do not believe he would be a graduate transfer and I’m unsure if the rules have changed for coaches blocking transfers. Someone stated he can list a reason to transfer for family concerns and needing to be close to his home so it is possible Kirby would not be able to block it if a waiver is granted.

The close to home excuse wouldn’t go far. He’s fairly close as is. Not like he’s playing out in Cali or Texas or Northeast

Hard to say I’m squibbing when the kid has not lived up to the hype. Sure he’s young and sure, the offense has lost a step with losing Chaney and now, Pittman. However, the thought out there that he would somehow wind up at Tennessee via transfer and be an immediate game changer is far fetched.

But then again, we had people guaranteeing a 2-10 season after just two games.
