Georgia vs South Carolina Moved to Sunday

The SEC office needs to force the hand on LSU/Florida and put the game back on for this Sunday.

If USCjr and Georgia moved their game to Sunday with no problem, there is no way the game in Gainesville can't be played.

Jeremy Fooley has naked pictures of Sankey!

IMO if neither team wants to make this game up then they should be punished in the sense that in the event of a tie breaker that this missed game would count against them as a loss.

Florida will lose to either Georgia or Arkansas, not sure what everybody is panicking about.

agree 100%. It's the most defeatist attitude I've ever seen to assume we lose the next two and a team as obviously flawed as Florida wins out. Florida still hasn't beaten a team with a winning record since last Halloween.

For future years, the rules need to clearly say that you must play eight conference games to participate in the SEC Championship Game. IMHO.

That is true. At home, Arkansas will kill Florida. That is a terrible matchup for the Florida defense. The Hogs will run it right down their throat. Same game plan as Michigan ran against gators in bowl game.

So far seems a lot less weaker than it could have been.

Still waiting for Matthew to get here, but it seems to be a "let down" on it's intensity at this point and the game could probably have been played in Gainesville. Go Vols, beat TAMU and let's get us some of that Tide victory as well. An undefeated season will make all of this gator stuff of no avail.

I agree with both of you. Further, no inside info claimed a total off the wall opinion, I think this gator team may have already quit on McElwain. Similar to the divided locker room in Athens I think the same may have occurred in Gainesville. Heard a hoarse Smart on the radio last night talking about how young the dawgs are (3 seniors on the OL, yea right, good luck next year Kirby on offense) and if you're a veteran on that team it has to rankle you. New coaches are always quick to push their own and sideline the vets, UF may be reaping some of that this season. That D gives up waaaaaaaaaaay to easy for a Florida defense IMO and they lose 7 starters this year, he's in trouble down there and nobody knows it yet.

I believe you are correct that Florida will lose another and finish with 2 SEC losses, however if the Vols were to lose 2 SEC games as well, according to the rules Florida goes to Atlanta with the best win %

The main question will be whether or not Gainesville has power after the storm.

I still think a neutral site would be easier on all concerned.

Tennessee would be 6-2 for a .750 win %

Florida would be 5-2 for a .714 win %

Therefore, our win % number is higher and the Vols would go to Atlanta.

That's not how math works.

The distance, elevation difference, ability for visitors (team and fans) to get to game site are the difference of day and night. However it still could be canceled if weather gets out of hand toward mid S.C.

I've posted about this BS before. Only record in division should be used to name div. champ, not total league record.

Understand, may not be as bad as thought. However, how the he-- can people get around, if power is out or spotty, no room at the inn, no restaurants, and on and on. Many people will need to be trying to get home, just not a good idea to play in Gainesville.

You are right. My judgement has been clouded and I didn't do the math beforehand. Thank you sir. Makes me feel better.
