All-SEC kicker Brandon Coutu (sp?) is out for the game. He injured himself doing an onside kickoff in practice today. Andy Bailey will start, he missed a 39 yd field goal the last time we won in Athens.

I just sent my boss running into his office to check the DAWG message board. I love to watch him scurry. :)

well you never want anybody to get hurt and i always want to beat everybody at their best, hopefully it won't come down to uga having to attempt a FG to win the game anyway

I wonder why they were practicing onsides? (cough cough, tubervillitis?), or is it because they know they are gonna need them this weekend. This game is going to be a blowout.

they probably saw the film of the airforce game and saw a weakness in our onside kick coverage. wonder if they were planning on using it early in the game to grab the momentum.

Maybe our blockers have been leaving early without checking for the OSK. I suppose they ruined that element of surprise though.

I hate to see any player get hurt, but I'll take any advantage we can get.:dance2:

The way Georgia's luck goes, the backup kicker will have the game of his life including FG's from over 60 yards.

I saw Bailey kick on from 55 in HS! He is helter/skelter though!

I love this line:
The junior was attempting a new style of onside kick when he felt a pop behind his knee.
New style of onside kick? Mark Richt surely puts his pants on two legs at a time.
