MisterTD said he had heard "rumblings" he may. Just wondering if anyone over here had heard anything.

He is a big time TE. Rivals says "he is a bigger Orson Charles with hands like a peach basket". Plus he is commited to UF. So I would love to see him show. I do think Kiffin wants a TE. Now with the talk of Delvin Jones looking around....

Jones said he is still strongly commited to UT but he wants to look at Nebraska and a few other schools to weigh his options. He has yet to visit UT officially or see a game here so I wouldn't worry too much about him waivering.

Do we have any concrete information here? Why does rivals and scout suck so bad? I wish they would update more often...theyve had the same recruiting articles for like 2 weeks and i know CLK has more going on!

I hope this is true

None have produced in NFL. I based my statement totally on production of witten which is ignorant. I was just thinking how bad Troupe was and got fired up about it. I thought he would be a stud and he did nothing. Sorry guys will research a statement before I make it next time.

but Witten is the best TE in the NFL IMO...

Not really sure what Jason Witten has to do with anything. Dominique Byrd and Fred Davis on the other hand... They played in Lane Kiffin's offense at USC. Schools don't make players, coaches do. Jason Witten didn't learn a single thing under this staff so Jason Witten's success is a moot point. They along with Ingram from Florida have done nothing in the NFL so the next way to judge them would be round taken.

Davis - 2nd Rd.
Byrd - 3rd Rd.
Ingram - 5th Rd.

It's too bad Ingram got injured but I doubt he goes 2nd round even without the injuries. We'll have to wait and see how high Hernandez goes but right now this coaching staff 2, Florida's staff 1. Could have been 3 to 1 if Chaney hadn't left Purdue. He recruited and coached Dustin Keller for 1 season prior to leaving for the Rams. Keller was a 1st round pick.
