Slive has been given permission to deny any player coming into the SEC eligibilty if they had to go through a special school to get credit(ala University High). If Williams was to pass through the clearinghouse, Slive could still disallow him from playing football.

He went to a school "University School" in Miami that has since been ruled an ineligible institution by the NCAA which means that his grades from there are invalid. Along with the NCAA rulling, individual conferences have decided to rule those credits ineligible, including the SEC and commissioner Mike Slive.

It is that reason that last year he was ruled ineligible and not allowed onto the team. If he could retake his entrance exams and score highly, it is my understanding he could be let in, but that apparently isn't an easy option for him.

Morely went to this school too but players such as him (those already at NCAA member schools) are being "grandfathered" in and allowed their eligiblity.

Hard to say which way it is going to go. The school is attemping to appeal on his behalf.

Decks are stacked against him.

I'll be more surprised if he ever makes it into a Big Orange uniform than I will if he won't.

Just what kind of schools are they running down in FLA! No wonder these kinds come in ill prepared to make it college. High schools in the urban communites are the same all over the US. They stink! :furious3:

yeah definitly not a real one, it should be pretty easy to tell the real ones from the fake ones. If some of their friends arent famous and talk on there about hanging out and stuff then its real, because there real friends know which one is real. Thats an obvious fake

some people from his high school, but look at the comments left on Ron Slays, vs the comments left on that. Its obvious when they are real or not. No way in the hell is that real. Look at it they didnt even bother doing a full profile. Do you honestly think its him

yea hes real...i also am positive about josh briscoe, lucas taylor and dee morely and therye also his friends...but i defiantely see where your coming from
