OK THIS IS RIDICULOUS...the only reason he is not on the team is because of the clearinghouse witch is a load of cr@p he has taken the test over scored a 23 ACT and the clearing house said its suspicious please come on first they say he went to a bootleg highschool now the kid has bootleg ACT scores WTF...when you take the SAT or ACT you are heavily monitored by qualified officials to make sure you do not cheat and even if he did cheat they didnt catch him and therefore should not be able to keep nagging at this guy..he should be on the team...i dont see how this isnt all over the headline NEWS kids is denied right to attend school even after meeting test scores and being on scholarship to play football but the sorry clearinghouse is not even seeming to be trying to fix this OUTRAGEOUS situation

I agree. I think the kid has done everything he has been asked to do. I don't know how they can keep him out of school.

Man if this was USC trying to get Williams cleared to be a TROJAN the NCAAF clearinghouse would be right on it...fulmer must not be liked...Jarrett got re-instated pretty d@m fast for doing something worse than for having suspicious ACT scores BULL-SHEEP

anything new? I got an email about the Ramar news and it mentioned news on Gerald Williams in the email.

Pope, Williams & Raines were NOT cleared. Fulmer said they will file an appeal, but it would have to be approvved by Friday.

I think this is a load of @#!! The Clearinghouse sucks! I feel sorry for this kid. NCAA does not want kids to get an education. They want them to patrol the streets and do nothing. I am so mad right now that I could bite nails. Someone in the Clearinghouse needs to get RACKED!!!!!!

I'm not sure what else Williams needed to do. They jerked him around way too long.
