This makes sense, and coincides with everything we've been hearing and seen...

I think Nichols has informed family and the coaching staff he's coming to UT. Think he wants to finish his visits to all schools out of respect to each one, and just to completely go through the process, I mean he's never been to duke, might as well visit for free.

The rearrangement of visits to make Tennessee last while squeezing in an Auburn visit was telling to me as well....not gonna count my chickens but...

What an impressive job my Coach Martin...anyone who doesn't feel great about where this program is headed needs some help.

BTO, from following your post it sounds like Nichols has been a vol lean for a few months now. I wanna know who you think the 5th spot is going to jw3 or rimmer?

If you're young or in shape you can get 3 booms in in 25 minutes usually.

Rimmer isn't coming here IMO, be it his choice or UT's. He has listed schools he wants to visit and we're not one of them. JW3 is a guy that is hard to peg. First it was Georgetown, then us, and now it looks like Georgetown again. I'm not convinced we definitely take another guy honestly. I don't think we will use thw scholarship just to use it. Unless JW3 wants to come, i could see us wait until spring to see if someone emerges or perhaps a transfer comes available.

Neither.

Foster is a possibility, but not convinced the staff wants to take him early.

My gut says they probably monitor a few guys, most likely juco, and try to sign a 5th in the spring.

This is always a possibility, but also guys get releases due to the coaching carousel. If we don't land either Rimmer or JW3, I would think Cuonzo waits until the Spring to evaluate guys and continue to get in guys' ears. The belief is that Stokes could go pro so I'm sure he'll be waiting for underrated guys to explode their senior seasons, evaluate JUCOs or sway transfers/released players. But really, all coaches do this to a certain degree with attrition being a part of the game nowadays.
