Actually yes. I have sure fire, 100% proof guaranteed way for you to grow taller. It's also free and totally safe:

Puberty.

Don't even think about doing something stupid like taking substances. I hope for your sake you are kidding. You a young person (profile says born in 1998), and you WILL grow a great deal in the years to come. Eat healthy foods and get exercise by playing in the neighborhood, playing sports, etc.

Man I sounded like Hulk Hogan with that last piece of advice . . . (say your prayers and eat your vitamins, hulkamaniacs!)

My apologies for the age mix up; I only went by the birthdate on your profile.

Regardless, the real answer to your question is still no. There is nothing you can take to safely make you taller. You risk serious health problems by taking any substance that promises to help you grow taller, and it is definitely not worth the risks.

However, some people (my dad was like this) do grow taller in high school and college.

I know it may be frustrating, but I've always felt that you are the height you're supposed to be.

Sounds like you are following the same growth track I did. I topped out just slightly taller than what you are now, but not much. All I can say is that as important as it may seem to you now, in the end it just doesn't matter. I know from firsthand experience that it's sometimes not easy, but please for your own sake avoid the temptation to put something in your body. Any short term benefit is greatly outweighed by long term effects.

Yes, but it's more of a state of paranoia, false grandeur and bitterness than insecurity.

Just joking to all our friends in the state of Alabama.
