I really think the owner needs to have a sit down with this guy and explain the real world to him. The kid has no idea what it took for his boss to become what he is, the sacrifice, the chance he took. I wouldn't fire this guy unless the talk didn't seem to teach him anything.

i personally liked the fact that Noodles needs a union. almost forgot, that the owner of Noodles needs to cooperate with the workers. what an idiot

Holy crap. This dude is insane and has no rational thought process, apparently. Unions are needed in specific places, NOT EVERYWHERE.

Yes.

IMHO the point of unions is to right a wrong that otherwise would not be resolved without coming together. That is just one reason I think public unions are ridiculous. They will still have great benefits and they will still have better than average job protection and they will still have good pay. I don't think they are being harmed or taken advantage of.
