Dane Bradshaw is doing a top notch job in his weekly segments on the Sports Animal. They should just give he and Mike Strange a couple of hours a day during basketball season. It would mean there would be at least one worthwhile show on that car crash of a station.

This is off subject but Dane not only knew the game but had a burning desire to play 100% every time he stepped on the floor . I hated watching him against Mem. but still admired his hustle. The dude had heart and a passion for the game of BB.

I remember watching him in the state playoffs at the MSC wondering how/why UT had offered him a spot on their team. Needless to say, I was wrong. He was/is great for the university.

It was 4, but what do you expect from a 6'4" PF from suburbia Memphis? Pearl used what he had.

Dane Bradshaw is the only kid from Memphis that UT has landed that I wish the Tigers had gotten. You can keep Tony Harris and JP Prince. Bradshaw is the glue to any team and has always been a winner. If he was on the team last year, Vols would have been FF bound.

Pretty sure that was in Pearl's first season ('05/'06), and Memphis won by about 10.
