Glenn Beck Was Right ( Again )

This is the dumb "actor" from Kumar White Castle movies that Obama hired. Glenn Beck is on top of these things

Never enjoyed Glen Beck's show. He never has a positive spin on anything, and his sources are usually weak.

To an extent. I love the guy sometimes, but honestly he's made some really really wild predictions. A couple years ago, when tensions were starting to really come up with Iran, he made a prediction that by that December we would be in a full fledged Nuclear War. That was his schtick until the financial stuff started coming around, and that grabbed his attention to doomsday on. I completely agree with his views and assertions on what Gov't should be, but I take his predictions with a grain of salt.

Agreed.

He's mildly entertaining and has proven to have some skills at digging up incriminating evidence.

I consider Glenn Beck an equal of Stephen colbert. Both can vaild points and point out hypocrisy, Beck just believes what he says and is also a self proclaimed "rodeo clown":

Good source....

Beck isn't very good. I think he is popular as an entertainer, and only because of the hyper-polarized political environment.

If McCain had beaten Obama, I think his show would be a ratings disaster, because he gets by ranting against Obama and saying crazy things. Just yesterday he compared stopping healthcare reform to preparing for 9/11... That's not insightful and it doesn't provide any valuable information.

But for a certain segment of the population, it must be entertaining.

For the record, I believe he claimed that McCain would have been worse, therefore, his rantings would probably be about the same.

well, GA is a non union state for teachers, so the NEA doesnt have their gritty hands in our business. I mean you can join NEA, or PAGE, i am a member of PAGE, but only for the liability covereage and what not that it entails

I'm not a member of either! Long before I retired in Bama I had dropped AEA/NEA because of the NEA, you couldn't join one without the other. There is another place where you can get the same coverage cheeper than what you pay now CEIA Christian Educators International. You pay one time. IIRC, the 1 mil coverage is $138 per year paid 1 time a year. If you want I could pm you about it!

Glenn Beck, the only guy without a college degree that somehow feels credible enough to talk about issues way over his head...on tv.....

So to discuss issues on tv you have to have a college degree? He is more credible than anyone on any of the other channels

So having a degree somehow makes you credible enough to talk about issues way over your head?

Face it most of the talking heads on TV are creations of their networks, they are fed the lines they speak, little more than trained parrots, they are all in over their heads with a few exceptions.

I know.

I could not stand him on Headline News, and really the first month or two when he got his fox gig would DVR and scan thru it.

All of a sudden I find myself agreeing alot with him.
He brings to light, to me anyways, some outrageous things that are going on right in front of our face.

I dont care about degrees.

Ted Nugent has a nice saying about this.

"I didn't go to college because I was too busy learnin' stuff."

He said something today I agreed. I'll paraphrase here, "The best thing that can happen to the Republican Party is for the voters to abandon it."
