The article makes very little sense. The article speaks of a pollution tax to "help low income" families and people. Uhm.... if you tax factories and business they will simply pass those costs on to the consumer. Democrats need to quit trying to push their agenda of environmentalism as a way to help minorities and the poor, it is dishonest and never seems to help either of those groups.
