Go For Two

Obviously with 30 seconds left going for two may not make a difference. But not going for two at the end basically is like turning to your team and saying..."guys we suck and just to prove it to you we are going to just kick the extra point"

I mean for goodness sake why even kick an onside kick? 30 seconds and down 3 scores.

I will look back at all my posts tonight and say to myself...Kevin....what were you thinking. This has been an incredible year. They have made great progress. I will probably regret my little poll I did. I guess I just think that going 5-6 last year and doing better is not acceptable. 5-6 is terrible but loosing 3 is equally as bad in my opinion. Oh well maybe we will make the Peach Bowl again.

I thought the same thing about going for two. Yeah, the game was really over either way, but a two-point conversion would have cut it to two scores. It was rather bizarre to go for one to still be behind three scores and then go on to try the onsides kick.

Fulmer isn't really big on time. He assumed we would have time to score 4 times. He also assumed nine seconds would be plenty of time to mount a comeback against LSU.

What's funny is if they did go for 2 and didn't make it, that would have been the worst call ever...just go for the sure points

Fulmer must not be able to do math. He'd rather get the easy one point, kick an onside kick and risk injury when a victory at that point in the game was utterly impossible

Wether we go for one or two the game was over. It would take beyond a miracle either way to come back. Just kick the easy point and get ready for next week. The onside kick was stupid for injury reasons if nothing more.
