You get to exercise a right tomorrow that was paid for by our ancestors, and preserved by those that serve today and in the future.

God Bless our country, our leadership, and those that defend it.

have a small ballot so I'm doing it on the way home. Haven't missed a vote since I became legal.

on a side note I've decided to track the guy I'm voting for and make sure he sticks to his promises. Never really done it before but I'm tired of the say anything to get elected people. Even considered blogging it but not sure I'm that committed

holy moly! that is a nightmare! seriously, I would wake up in a cold sweat dreaming about that. The only thing worse would be having Nancy Pelosi as my rep.

my wife and i are going after work. i was going to vote from my old district since it's a mile away and i was too lazy to change the registration and then i found out my little town for some reason is in waters district (it's basically my rich beach town and inglewood and east LA). i immediately got off my arse and registered at my new address.

Part of me really wanted to vote for Twofeathers for Governor.

I truly think it took me a whopping 45 seconds.

the un-democrat?

thats a close race. he should take it though...

Exactly. Manchin vs Raese is a vote between 2 republicans at the state level. Raese doesn't get my vote because he is just far too radical in his stances and seems to lack a higher degree of thought.

Manchin has always tried to find some middle ground when it is available, I don't mind him so much.

I look forward to voting for the candidate with the prettiest sign outside of my polling place. Either that, or for whoever pays me the most just before entering the voting booth.

I had to wait in line for over an hour because it takes old people 15 minutes to mark Straight Democratic Ticket, but I did it.

I hate to break it to you, but it's a pretty dull sign election in Murvul.
