Just watched Coach Saban's presser from yesterday and I agree (which does not mean much) with him. Three times by three reporters he is asked about D.J. Fluker and the effect on the team. He tells them he is not going to talk about and the admin is handling it. The fourth guy asked the same question, Saban glares at him says "thanks for your interest in the game" and walks out. I mean really the story is all over the sports news and they have to do their "job". What did they expect him to say, that they knew all about it and there were about 10 more guys they were going to turn in. Sometimes these reporters just need to back off. They have already been trumped nothing new to find out.

Also thanks to Lame Kitten and the "little lie" Pearl told the Vols are been mentioned in the same articles with both those Alabama teams and being made to look like some out of control team. OK I've vented enough.

Guess you can tell I hate reporters~! :machgun:

There is a culture of cheating down there at the crapstone in tuskaloser so this fluker scandal comes as no surprise. bammer is the first school to be labeled as a"chronic violator" by the 2a . Nice.

He comes from the Bill Belichick lineage. That also includes non-informative pressers.

If Mo Couch is ineligible, Bama should have to vacate their national championships. (The ones Fluker was involved in, anyway).

Much as I hate Bama and Saban, it's almost impossible to control the actions of these kids with scumbag agents and financial advisers. This is kind independent of the university.

I'll guarantee you there has been some cheating at bama under Saban. That program and auburn are arguably the two dirtiest programs in collegiate history.

if players get paid how much do you pay them.are they going to want a increase in pay every 3-5 years.or will it be a set amount.and the mid major schools will be hard pressed to pay like the big schools.

If Auburn didn't have to vacate their title with Newton, there is no way this Fluker flap has any legs to cost Bama a title.

He's the head coach and it's the story of the day...quit being a baby and answer the dang questions. You're getting paid more than double the salary of anyone else at the university. Be a man.

Just remember, the hated Frankling of Vannerbuilt did the same thing and was labeled a coward by some here in VN.
