I think our fans believe that coach Martin is a good coach, but I dont think they have any idea how good he really is. He's the best coach I've ever played for or been around and us getting things turned around is pretty much all because of him in my opInion.

Strong words from Trae.

Another thing I found interesting -- and I'm not sure if it's been discussed -- according to Martin, Trae threw his towel down when he came out of the South Carolina game in the first half. As a result, he didn't start the second half. Obviously, CM doesn't put up with the slightest hint of nonsense.

I think Martin is gonna turn Trae into a hell of a player. They have that father/son relationship that not every player/coach has.

I really think ccm personality and persona will go a LOOONG ways in the households of recruits.

The more that time goes on the better and better I feel that we found an absolute gem in CCM. I think he's going to be considered one of the best coaches in the nation when it's all said and done. JMO

I'm a believer in CCM. We'll win 20 games next year, no problem.

yeah, with useless tatum and woolridge gone and some exciting new players coming, i say we win at least 20. nit this year(most likely) and a 5 seed in the ncaa next year !! GBO !!!

Not trying to hijack the thread... Tatum isn't useless. He may not be scoring as much lately but he is far from useless.

I have to say that we wouldn't be where we are without coach Martin. Words can't really explain how he's able to keep us calm, but at the same time keep us motivated and ready to play. He's the best coach I've ever had, coach of the year in my mind. Just his attitude, how he goes about things everyday, that's been huge for us.

Not Hijacking, I agree as well. Not completely useless. He is valuable to this team or he wouldn't be starting for CCM.

need to keep him, maybe an increase in salary would help.

we need shooters before we plan on doing anything. When we do, it's on. If 1-4 can pull up at any time, offense becomes easy.
