I still think that generally, the whistle gets swallowed there if a guy brushes by a shooter on a closeout; especially when it clearly had no effect on the shot, but I can't really argue with you. It's in the rulebook.You get a shooter in the body, it’s getting called. You’d have better luck hitting the hands late if you don’t want a whistle
