It's kind of a breath of fresh air with all the negative stuff we're used to, maybe Tennessee is turning a new corner. Tennessee fans definitely deserve it...

That is very good. Pretty sure that's two coaches in a row who have that record. Remember reading that everyone who made senior year with Pearl graduated, too. Hope the football team can get it in gear, now.

our academic achievement has really been good ever since Pearl came and continues under Martin. I remember when we were really struggling in that area and now every senior has graduated for the last 8 years if my math serves me correctly.

BOOM worthy given the state of college BB and the one and done rule. I understand that you need the 1-2 5* that might leave after a season, but I still think UK's group that won the recent championship was an anomaly with their unselfishness. Only one ball and 40 minutes for players to get theirs.

Think your right. Not many Anthony Davis' out there. And that teams chemistry, for as talented as they were, was pretty impressive. But the biggest reason I agree with you is because most one and done'ers dont want to have to do the dirty work that it takes to win a championship. They see dollar signs, not a rough road to the final 4. JMHO

That in itself would be a great recruiting tool, if we're recruiting players expected to be in your proogram 4 yrs. Still a postive no matter what. Wonder what Kentucky's looks like?

One of the highest in the country actually. I'm not sure how, as I thought one and dones hurt your APR, but I'm no expert on the system.

I thought that Ky's program would crash on the APR but all you have to show is that the player was on target when they left. If a freshman does much of anything at all they are still labeled as on target.

Little blue goes by coach C rules, they are different than any other school.:)

This helps build the case for a major extension for Zo if he has the season he should have next year. This news did my heart good.

Nah, I'm happy for the kids because getting an education is more important than a game(unless you're going pro). None the less, you don't keep a coach simply because the players get good grades. So I don't really understand your comment... tournament or bust this year. He will be fired if Tennessee doesn't make the tournament. And if that's not the case, then I guess we're the new Vanderbilt.

The football team may not be able to make a bowl game even if they go undefeated, so I don't really understand your comment! I guess becoming the new Vanderbilt isn't so bad after all!

Seriously, after seeing you cry and whine in the NBA forum so much, there is no way you're an adult, let alone a man. I've never saw a grown ass man whine and complain as much as you do, it's really sad actually. You're like a teenage girl, but on a never ending period.
