Read in Chatt News Free Press where a German chemical company will build a 1 billion dollar facility near Cleveland to manufacture components for solar panels. Will employ around 500 people.

they will be asking for stimulus payments inside of two years of opening...and the tree huggers will pay them (that's just for you tf)

Also, a semiconductor plant is coming to Clarksville with supposedly a billion dollar investment going into the plant. It is supposed to take 3 1/2 years to finish but the construction effort should employ a lot of people.

sure, how much electricity is that plant going to require in the process of making these solar panels?

don't get me wrong, I think it's great that Tennessee is getting these jobs, but this whole "green" jobs blather is just that, blather.

Hey, with all the money Obama is spending on going green, i should be able to heat my house with solar energy and drive my car with energy produced from wind mills in a few years.

yeah, the government will be susbidizing this company and it will be another waste of tax payer money. it will tennessee's bridge to nowhere.

Austin Peay also received a $6.4 million grant from the state to develop a chemical engineering technology program in conjunction with this.

I'm just happy b/c it increases my chances of remaining gainfully employed.
